Cancellation Policies and No Shows

Payment Policies

Deposits must be made in dollars in the National Bank of Costa Rica (BNCR) account, in the name of GREEN & BLUE TOUR COMPANY SA. In the following account number: # 200-02-005-005649-5

The receipt of the complete payment must be sent route e-mail or fax.

Any reservation will be confirmed based on complete payment of the amount of the trip, and it must be made 30 days before arrival, to assure your space.
The reservations that do not have prepayment will not be confirmed.

Cancellation for Individual

30-16 days the charges for services will be 50%
15 days or less, the charges will be 100%

Cancellation for Groups (more than 6 people)

29-16 days the services will charge a 50%
15 days or less, the charge for the services will be 100%

NO SHOW:
The charge for no shows will be 100%.

THE DAY OF ARRIVAL You must present us:
A document of identification, (valid passport)
The confirmed reservation and a copy of the receipt of complete payment of the amount.
